Cons of Kanbanchi

No Mobile App:

This is the main concern regarding Kanbanchi. It’s almost unacceptable for a project management app to not have a mobile version. You can still use the service on your phone by accessing it through your phone’s browser, but there’s no detected app for Android or iOS.

This is a major flaw that puts the service behind most of its competitors. Having an app to access your work and tasks on the go is essential to almost everyone.

Features not Separate:

When using Kanbanchi, initially you might have a hard time telling the difference between the features that come for free and the paid features you don’t have access to.

This can be confusing for users who are still in their free trial or using the free version. So just a heads-up!

Superbly integrated into the Google App Suite so everything is within one location. This is ideal so you don't have to jump between apps just to set up an appointment or find a file.

The workflow management features of Kanbanchi are superb. It’s easy to use as you can easily assign tasks to members of the team and tag tasks with colors or text.
